Over the years, the Nike Free 3.0 series has seen its uppers redesigned to incorporate more support, but the signature grooved sole remains the same. The Free 3.0 V3 is currently slated to drop in early 2012, and you can see seven pairs set for spring when you click on the jump below. These shoes are amazing! Before these shoes I had really bad shin splints, bad enough that I could not stand after a run. But after using these for a while my shins are slowly getting better.
